The Washington Department of Enterprise Services' mission is to "deliver innovative, responsive, cost-effective and integrated solutions and services to meet the diverse needs of our customers" so that we can enable government to best serve the people of Washington. We believe the best way to achieve our mission is with a department workforce that represents the diversity of the citizens we serve. Enterprise Services is committed to recruiting, fostering and retaining a workforce that reflects a deep respect for the unique differences each agency worker brings to the department including race, ethnicity, gender, age, socio-economic status, national origin, sexual orientation, disability, and religion.
