Registration process and Logon Screen
Training on enterprise systems is managed through the Learning Management System (LMS). State agency staff will need to log into the LMS to register for training. This is where you will find the new fall training catalog. To login to the LMS you will need to fill out the pre-authorization form shown below and submit it to the service center. Once your account is created you may login to the LMS and register for available classes.

To register for LMS
State Employees: are required to contact their agency's Training Representative to request an account for the DES Learning Management System. If you do not see your agency on the list, please contact the DES Customer Business Support at TrainingInfo@des.wa.gov or 360-664-1921.
Higher Ed employees: must complete the Pre-Authorization Form prior to registering. Send the completed form to SolutionsCenter@watech.wa.gov. A confirmation will be sent to you once the pre-authorization has been completed.
NOTE: Organizations that do not use the state HRMS Payroll System must complete the Pre-Authorization Form prior to registering. Send the completed form to SolutionsCenter@watech.wa.gov. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the pre-authorization has been completed. If you don't think the email has been sent, please check to see whether your registration confirmation email has been sent to your Junk email folder.
After the registration process has been completed, use the link to access LMS.
Unless otherwise specified, most of the DES application training will be conducted in the Training Center located in the 1500 Jefferson Building in Olympia. Please refer to the following documents for more details about the location, direction, transportation, and parking information.
