Master Contracts

• are optional-use contracts
• are administered by the Department of Enterprise Services (DES)
• used by governmental entities to purchase products and services directly from the contractors
• products and services may not be purchased for personal use
• purchasers must have completed a Customer Service Agreement

Get specific price quotes from the contractor prior to purchase

Can I lease / finance my purchase?

• Leasing/financing from the contractor is not available
• The DES lease program can help state agencies lower total technology ownership costs on desktop PCs, laptops, printers, or servers. Contact your Technology Acquisition Services Consultant with questions about the Leasing program. Municipalities and political subdivisions should contact their own purchasing authorities for leasing/financing information
