A "12th Man" fan rally for the Seattle Seahawks football team will be held at 2:15 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 8 at the Capitol Campus flag circle, the area between the Legislative (Capitol) Building and Temple of Justice. Gov. Jay Inslee and Lt. Gov. Brad Owen will attend the rally along with the Seagals cheerleading squad and team mascot. The "12th Man" flag will be raised as part of the rally, which is scheduled to be over by about 3 p.m.
