  • Deschutes Parkway will be completely closed from noon to 8 p.m. on Saturday, July 19.
  • Washington St. – next to Sylvester Park – between Legion Way and 7th Ave. will be closed from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, July 19.
