Landscaping and sidewalk for 1063 project to bring intermittent traffic impacts along 11th Avenue and Capitol Way week of April 10

During the week of April 10, crews will continue sidewalk and landscaping work along the sides of the 1063 Block Replacement Project. There will be intermittent impacts to traffic on both 11th Avenue and Capitol Way and intermittent impacts to pedestrian traffic along 11th Avenue.

During this work, flaggers will be in place and traffic delays are expected to be minimal.

The landscaping for the 1063 Building aligns with Enterprise Services goals for reducing water and pesticide use while at the same time providing a vital and interesting landscape for tenants and campus visitors, as all vegetation selected consists of water-wise, drought tolerant plants.
