Level P-1 of the Natural Resources Building (NRB) Garage will be closed over two weekends in July for painting work. On July 20, the west side of level P-1 will close at 6 p.m. and reopen the following Monday at 7 a.m. The east side of level P-1 will close at 6 p.m. on July 27 and reopen at 7 a.m. July 30.

During the winter months, a waterproof parking lot surface was replaced. After the parking stalls were re-striped, wet weather conditions caused the paint to peel. The weekend work will allow contractors to take advantage of the dry weather to re-stripe the stalls in the garage.

Parking stalls occupied by vehicles during the scheduled work will not be painted.
