There will be no parking along Sid Snyder Avenue on the west Capitol Campus from about 6 a.m. to noon on Saturday March 8 and Sunday March 9.

Engineers hired by Enterprise Services will be doing survey work along Sid Snyder. They will be working in the street with portable equipment so please use caution if you are driving through this area on those days.

The weekend work is part of a larger project that starts this summer to replace underground utilities and pipes beneath the road. Some existing underground water lines are more than 80 years old.

The summertime project will require Sid Snyder to be closed from Capitol Way to Cherry Lane. The weekend work will help Enterprise Services develop a detailed schedule for the summer project.
