This Master Contract is for the on-going replenishment of state's network of gasoline, heating oil, diesel (including biodiesel), and other fuels. Deliveries may be either bulk fuel orders or keep full/will-call with Contractors from each designated region.

This Master Contract is for marine refueling and includes the purchase of fuels delivered by Truck-to-Vessel, Pier-to-Vessel and Vessel-to-Vessel. This contract covers mobile marine refueling services only and complies with a newly-enacted environmental rule designed to reduce the risk of spills in marine environments.
Delivery: minimum. 40,000 usg for vessel and 3,500 usg for truck and trailer.

Master Contract to supply aviation fuel (avgas 100LL and Jet A) from vendor's fuel truck directly to state agency and political subdivision aircraft at the Olympia Airport. There are no minimum requirements for orders under this contract. Standard delivery and self service options are available for Avgas 100LL.
