This interactive course provides participants with an understanding of how people from all different identities and power-levels interact with systems of disparity. Participants will learn how they can move themselves and their groups forward toward higher inclusivity. Participants will also learn how to assess where groups and individuals are along their DEI journey, and how to match learning opportunities to the right people. Additionally, participants will also learn how to locate intervention points specific to instances of marginalization, so that they can affect positive change and be aware of it!

 Performance Objectives: Upon completion of this course, you should be able to:
  • Explain the interplay between stages of inclusion and interpersonal interactions
  • Create team or organizational roadmap that match learning opportunities to individuals
  • Maximize outcomes at individual and group levels
  • Use oneself to influence change
