Highly developed EQ is the foundation for effective interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, and working with difficult people, clients and coworkers. In practice, Emotional Intelligence is about developing self-awareness and the ability to use that awareness to build and maintain effective relationships. As peoples’ Emotional Intelligence increases, they can better influence others, increase motivation and collaboration in teams, improve communications, and foster flexibility in self and others.
