Through class discussions, exercises, and insights from guest speakers, participants will develop practical skills that they can begin applying immediately. Although we will cover all six phases of the entire employee life cycle in an organization, we will take an especially deep dive into talent acquisition and recruitment; on-boarding; and performance management.
Participants who complete the two-day Academy qualify for 16 continuing education credits with SHRM and HRCI.
