Talent Management Academy (2 Days)

This course qualifies for continuing education credits with SHRM and HRCI.

Successful organizations recognize that in order to be successful in the short-term and to plan for the long-term, they need effective talent management systems in place. In only two days, the Talent Management Academy explores the entire employee life cycle in an organization (from recruitment to exit):

  • Talent acquisition and Recruitment
  • Interviewing and Hiring
  • On-boarding
  • Training and Development
  • Performance Management
  • Succession Planning
Through class discussions, exercises, and insights from guest speakers, participants will develop practical skills that they can begin applying immediately. Although we will cover all six phases of the entire employee life cycle in an organization, we will take an especially deep dive into talent acquisition and recruitment; on-boarding; and performance management.

Participants who complete the two-day Academy qualify for 16 continuing education credits with SHRM and HRCI.
