This session will provide employees and managers with strategies and tools to effectively give and receive feedback in a respectful, productive way. Participants will learn simple, intuitive ways to make lasting improvements in their ability to communicate as they learn why feedback is so important, the many work situations where feedback is provided, and practical ways to both give as well as receive feedback. Participants will leave the session with tangible communication tools with which to better communicate to others in a respectful and engaging manner.
