Addressing and Resolving Conflict Workshop (1/2 Day)

Addressing and Resolving Conflict uses the well-known Thomas-Kilman conflict course to help supervisors and managers resolve issues, settle differences, and create new solutions to address attitudes and behaviors that interfere with employee engagement, productivity, and retention. Cost includes the TKI Conflict Assessment Instrument.

Performance Objectives: Upon completion of this course you should be able to:

  • Understand your preferred conflict style
  • Assess conflict situations
  • Differentiate between conflict styles
  • Identify situations when a particular style is the most effective
  • Practice using different conflict styles

Intended Audience: New supervisors and mid-level managers
