DES is leading a rulemaking to update WAC 200-330 Small Works Roster to align with changes to state law from the 2023 Efficiency and Equity in Public Works Contracting bill (ESSB 5268).
Additional information
DES will make other changes to make the rules easier to understand and update related DES administrative procedures. The purpose of this meeting is to give an overview and discuss the outline of changes needed and discussion questions found on the rulemaking webpage.
