The Art of Leading Teams provides you with the interpersonal and core skills essential to lead teams for strong engagement and results. You will learn the importance of self-awareness for leaders and gain a deeper ability to lead and manage teams effectively to achieve organizational goals.

The course explores the steps of team development and provides key insights for you to lead and empower teams to work together productively. You will learn important skills around building teams, conflict management, risk mitigation, and performance management.
