The northeast section of the Natural Resources Building (NRB) Plaza mezzanine has been closed due to icy conditions. Icicles on the NRB terrace pose a risk of falling due to warming temperatures and wind. People are advised to heed signs and stay out of cordoned off areas.

Icicles on trees throughout the Capitol Campus have also been identified as a possible concern.
