On Tuesday, April 17, the automatic sliding door on the southeast side of the Legislative Building will be closed from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. for cleaning and marble repair. The door was recently replaced because it was malfunctioning due to age and wear.

The sliding door serves as the main Americans with Disabilities (ADA) entrance to the building. The south portico doors will be unlocked during business hours to allow for ADA access.

Visitors and tenants can expect to hear noise related to general construction throughout the day. The door is expected to be open for use by April 18.
