This course builds upon the concepts covered in Foundations of Emotional Intelligence, allowing you to deepen your skills in self-management, self-regulation, social awareness, and relationship management. Through engaging exercises, you will increase your Emotional Intelligence (EQ). Prior completion of Foundations of Emotional Intelligence will greatly enhance your experience in this workshop.

Performance Objectives: Upon completion of this course, you should be able to:

  • Recognize your emotions and keep them emotions in check.
  • Explain the role your thoughts play in fueling their emotions.
  • Reframe your thinking to positively channel their emotions.
  • Identify strategies to use your emotions to improve communication.
  • Use techniques to handle difficult situations more effectively and improve working relationships.
