ADA doors and disabled parking
View a map of the ADA parking stalls and ADA accessible entrances to the Legislative Building.
Visitors to the Legislative Building will find four ADA parking spots on the south side of the building. These parking spaces are available on a first come, first serve basis. There are two ADA doors directly in front of these parking stalls with public elevators located just inside these entrances. These doors are not open on weekends or state holidays.
An additional accessible entrance to the Legislative Building is located at the southeast corner of the building, near the intersection of Sid Snyder Ave. and Cherry Lane. This entrance is closest to all other visitor parking and public transportation. Additionally, two ADA parking spaces are located near this entrance just in front of the Cherberg Building. This entrance is open to the public whenever the building is open.
The self-guided Capitol tour brochure is available in braille and can be checked out from the Visitor Services office, which is located on the first floor of the Legislative Building in room 111. These materials are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
