JOC Activities
Legislation was passed in 2019 which opened Job Order Contracting (JOC) to all public agencies in the State of Washington. The JOC Evaluation Committee published the JOC Best Practices Manual (2021) and conducted several training courses throughout the state in 2022 and 2023.
