This workshop teaches you how to identify and deal with stress in the workplace. You will also explore what truly brings you joy and how you can live a more fulfilling life at work and beyond.

- Understand how stress impacts you and others.
- Build personal and organizational resilience.
- Design an individualized resilience plan to mitigate the impacts of stress.
