This course teaches you the basic operations of Microsoft Access including creating new databases and modifying existing ones. You will learn how to create tables and establish relationships among them, create and maintain records, locate records, and produce reports based on the information in the database.

Performance Objectives: Upon completion of this course, you should be able to:

  • Identify the components of the Microsoft Access 2016 environment.
  • Explain the components of a database.
  • Organize data in tables.
  • View data in tables.
  • Query a database.
  • Work with queries.
  • Design elementary forms.
  • Generate simple reports.
