Microsoft Excel is a powerful tool for managing numbers and data. It helps you easily manage, store, and share information. This introductory class teaches you basics skills to use Excel. You will learn to create, save, share, and print worksheets that contain various kinds of calculations and formatting.

Performance Objectives: Upon completion of this course, you should be able to:

  • Create a basic worksheet.
  • Perform common calculations in an Excel worksheet.
  • Create basic formulas and use the most common functions.
  • Format a worksheet including basic conditional formatting.
  • Manage and print workbooks.
  • Select various workbook options and properties.
  • Use templates.

Prerequisite: You should have experience using the Windows operating system and Microsoft Office.
