This course integrates key concepts and tools from Bruce Tuckman's Stages of Group Development model, motivational theories, Ken Blanchard's "Situational Leadership," and Stephen Covey's “7 Habits of Highly Effective People.” Through engaging lectures and interactive group discussions, you will learn strategies to manage different personality styles, handle conflicts, and foster team cohesiveness. This course provides you with practical knowledge and skills to motivate team members and enhance team performance.
