Change management is an essential skill on projects and initiatives. In this three-day class, we’ll take a deep dive into Prosci’s simple, powerful, and easy to use change management principles and tools. Consistent use of these change management best practices smooths transitions and increases adoption of changes. This improves customer satisfaction, return on investment, and staff satisfaction.
This class provides you with tools and a repeatable, customizable process that can be adapted to any change. We’ll cover the integration of change management into a project team and project management plan. We’ll discuss the dynamics of change, how people experience it, and how to incorporate that knowledge into your change management plan and strategy.
