This course teaches you methods for effective change management. You will learn the basis of the Prosci change management process, including the ADKAR model. Additionally, you will learn methods for mitigating resistance to change.

Performance Objectives: Upon completion of this course, you should be able to:

  • Describe the components of effective change management.
  • Identify critical competencies for addressing both the people and process components of change management in organizations.
  • Use the ADKAR model in the Prosci change management process.
  • Develop a change management strategy.
  • Use a common language around managing change management.
  • Assess the readiness of those in the change process.

Intended Audience: Leadership, managers, and supervisors.
