This course teaches you how different Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI) personality type preferences influence your success in the hybrid workplace. With remote work on the rise, companies across industries are adopting this model to accommodate both virtual and in-person work arrangements. This course covers the interpersonal dynamics of this unique environment, highlighting the importance of self-awareness and understanding the preferences of others.
Performance Objectives: Upon completion of this course, you should be able to:
- Understand the impact of hybrid work environments on individuals with distinct MBTI personality types.
- Recognize your MBTI personality type, how it is affected by the hybrid workplace, and identify helpful solutions.
- Identify specific hybrid workplace solutions for people of different personality types for less stress, greater productivity, and improved communication.
Prerequisites: Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Basics is required before taking this class.
