In this course, you will learn how to work more effectively with those who have different Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI) personality types than you. This course offers tips and techniques to help you flex your style to improve individual and team effectiveness.

Performance Objectives: Upon completion of this course, you should be able to:

• Work more effectively with others who have different MBTI personality types than you.
• Identify the specific ways to flex your style to improve your individual and team effectiveness.
• Effectively create relationships with people who have different MBTI personality types than you.

Prerequisites: Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Basics is required before taking this class.
