Effective teams are the cornerstone of any successful strategic planning effort. In this course, you will learn skills to assemble and manage an effective team that will take an idea and turn it into action. You will learn to identify key people to have on your team, develop a timeline and structure for the planning efforts, and efficiently guide your team to a successful outcome.
