Agile Project Management
This two-day course gives you a high-level overview of various project management approaches, from prescriptive to adaptive methods. You will explore the principles of Agile project management delivery, with a focus on Scrum and Kanban. The class features interactive discussions and hands-on activities.

Performance Objectives: Upon completion of this course, participants should be able to:
- Define project management.
- Differentiate between prescriptive and adaptive project delivery approaches.
- Explain a spectrum of common project management methodologies.
- Understand Agile origins, core values, and principles.
- Describe the key elements of Scrum and Kanban.
- Apply Agile learning through Scrum roles, artifacts, and events.
- Apply Kanban learning using visual workflow boards
- Recognize Agile requirement hierarchy and traceability importance
Prerequisite: We strongly recommend you complete Project Management Essentials before taking this class, but it is not required.
Intended Audience: Anyone involved in Agile project implementation.
