Building off the knowledge gained in Access 2019 Level 1, this course teaches you how to improve and customize tables, queries, forms and reports. You’ll also learn how to share Access data with other applications such as Microsoft Word or Excel.

Performance Objectives: Upon completion of this course, you should be able to:

• Design a relational database.
• Join tables using queries.
• Join tables to retrieve data from unrelated tables.
• Validate data, streamline data entry, and maintain data integrity.
• Execute advanced queries.
• Organize database for efficiency.
• Complete advanced reporting.
• Customize queries with user-determined query criteria.
• Modify data using queries.

Recommended Prerequisite: We recommend you complete Access 2019 Level 1 or have equivalent experience before registering for this course.
