This two-day workshop gives you practical tools to build a quality management system that improves accountability and performance. You’ll learn how to involve staff at every level through goal setting and activities that support your agency’s mission. We’ll help you take a fresh look at your current processes, figure out what’s missing, and design systems that track progress and lead to better results. By the end, you’ll be ready to create a stronger, more responsive public service experience for your community.

Performance Objectives: Upon completion of this course, you should be able to:

  • Develop strategic business plans aligned with organizational goals and statutory requirements.
  • Make evidence-based resource allocation decisions that support strategic priorities.
  • Conduct quality management evaluations and identify areas for enhancement.
