Work to remove and replace concrete and asphalt at the crosswalk near the Tivoli Fountain will reduce a portion of Capitol Way north and southbound traffic to one lane for two weeks beginning Sept. 28. Cones and signs will be on-site to direct traffic. The crosswalk will be closed and pedestrian traffic will be redirected to the crosswalk at 11th and Capitol Way. Passersby will notice noise related to construction. The work is scheduled to be completed Oct. 12.
