Engaging and Strengthening the Workforce during COVID-19

Workforce development opportunities are critical to a productive and engaged workforce. With the many challenges posed by the COVID-19 outbreak, DES Workforce Support & Development wants to provide learning opportunities to employees directly related to their work, productivity, and engagement in a way that meets remote work expectations.

WSD has established the following selection of learning pathways and learning opportunities for remote learning to help employees and supervisors know the best and most appropriate training options that align with your learning and performance goals. Reminder to Learners: Please check with your supervisor regarding your organization's policy/practice for online training and learning approval as well as the purchase of resources. Your supervisor can be a great resource for helping you choose the best courses or areas of focus for your job and development. Let's keep learning and growing together!
