Emotional Intelligence (EQ) is the capacity to accurately perceive and manage one's own emotions, as well as the emotions of others. This course teaches you how to harness the valuable insights that emotions offer, so you can modify your behavior and mindset to cultivate positive outcomes. Highly developed EQ serves as a solid basis for effective interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, and navigating challenging interactions with colleagues, clients, and difficult individuals. Enhancing EQ involves cultivating self-awareness and using it as a tool to build and sustain meaningful relationships. As you further enhance your Emotional Intelligence, you become more adept at influencing others, fostering motivation and collaboration within teams, improving communication, and promoting adaptability in yourself and others.
