This course provides virtual meeting facilitation basics for leaders, managers, and anyone who facilitates virtual meetings. We will focus on how to actively engage meeting participants utilizing Zoom as a virtual platform. MS Teams modules can also be made available.

This course is modeled after the Kolb learning cycle approach where participants have a concrete experience, reflect on what they observed, conceptualize the learning into their current work, and then practice active experimentation with other participants.
