This course provides you with tools and guidelines to improve employee recruitment. It covers developing a recruitment plan, evaluating recruiting techniques, and improving your organizations image. You will learn how to recruit for positions that are hard to fill and reduce your candidate pools when you have an abundance of applicants.

Performance Objectives: Upon completion of this course, you should be able to:
