Register for Bid Opportunities

Washington’s Electronic Business Solution (WEBS) is our platform where businesses can find current public agency solicitations for goods and services, including engineering, architectural consulting, construction and real estate leasing. Washington state agencies are required to post goods and services solicitations in the WEBS system.

Using WEBS

Businesses interested in contracting with the state must register in WEBS. Not all public agencies in Washington are required to post bid notifications in WEBS.
