Thousands expected at Capitol Saturday
Enterprise Services has issued a permit for an event Saturday, Jan. 20, that organizers say could bring 6,000 to 10,000 people to the Capitol Campus.
Participants in the Women's March on Olympia will gather near the north steps of the Legislative Building (near the flag circle) about 11 a.m. and will remain until 12:30 p.m. Apart from participants who will staff information tables in Heritage Park in downtown Olympia, participants will remain on campus for the length of the event. No streets will be closed for the rally.
