Effective meeting management is one of the most essential skills in today’s work environment. Mastering meeting management requires an understanding of the dynamics that govern group interactions and decision-making processes. This workshop focuses on practical tools for making meetings more productive, efficient, and enjoyable. It gives participants a strong foundation to immediately begin designing and facilitating more effective meetings both in person and virtually.
From seasoned professionals to those who may be new to their career, this course is designed for anyone who attends, participates in, or facilitates meetings. It focuses on all the steps necessary in meeting management, including identifying when to hold a meeting and who should attend, identifying the types of meetings and the meeting purpose, and preparing an agenda. You will learn a variety of tools for meeting planning, engagement, problem-solving, and decision-making.
