eLearning Accessibility Mini-Workshop
Course Description:
In today's world, accessibility is of utmost importance. Good eLearning content should be accessible to all learners, regardless of their abilities or disabilities. This eLearning Accessibility Workshop is designed to provide learners with the understanding and skills needed to make sure their eLearning content is accessible to everyone.
Upon successful completion of this course, participants should be able to:
- Review requirements of Section 508/WCAG requirements for eLearning courses
- Learn how to check for appropriate color contrast
- Apply proper captioning techniques
- Understand Alt-text best practices
- Identify when to add audio descriptors to videos
