Next week, the Department of Enterprise Services will be making repairs to the Marathon Park Pedestrian Bridge. The bridge will be closed 8 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Monday, Nov. 5, through Friday, Nov. 9. Signage will be posted around Heritage Park and Marathon Park walkways to alert visitors of the closure.

The repairs will replace planking and secure it to the bridge structure. The work is intended to enhance pedestrian safety and extend the life of the structure.
